Daniel Oberman is a composer as well as a singer songwriter originally from Chicago, Illinois. With minimal training from the age of ten, he taught himself how to compose for Film and Television, as well as honing his skills as a songwriter. In 2002 he attended the Berklee College of Music, and went on to graduate with a degree in Film Scoring. While at Berklee he also wrote and had orchestral works performed by Kalistos String orchestra, in Boston. After leaving Berklee, he went on to receive a graduate degree from the Scoring for Motion Pictures and Television program at The University of Southern California's Thornton School of Music.

Daniel composes in a variety of musical styles. His most recent scores have varied from modern western, horror, electronic, ethnic, adventure, Romantic, as well as pieces for a specific time period. He often combines his home sample network with live musicians to provide an organic feel to the music.
